Seattle Fashion Photographer, “Gypsy Dancer” Fall 2009 Editorial

Man, it’s taken me AGES to work on this shoot, but finally I have the final pieces put together and ready to share with you! Rosie and I worked for a while prepping the shoot, scouting locations, and getting the concept down solid. After nailing down a date for our shoot, weather goddess, Jenny, informed us that it was going to start raining, right when we were supposed to start shooting the next day. I quickly called everyone and bumped the call time up a few hours, so to avoid the showers. Unfortunately we still got rained on, but it wasn’t until the second half of the shoot. Even though it was cold and wet, we worked with the weather, and I really loved the chance to be able to incorporate it into the last two looks. In the end it was actually perfect, because we wanted a foggy, dream-like atmosphere for the shoot. I hope you enjoy a little taste of something a little different than my typical fashion editorial. Comments are appreciated!

xoxo
