I cannot believe how much Michelle shares in the break out session. I am in awe and totally inspired now! The best part is that this breakout session isn’t just for those shooting seniors but any portrait photographer. Not only does Michelle provide a detailed PDF but 3 videos explaining things!! I love being able to watch her work and hear her further explain things. This is a MUST have breakout session! Thank you Michelle for putting this together.” – [Heather N.]

I just got finished with her material and wow, she is absolutely amazing!!! She held back NOTHING and I can’t wait to incorporate her ideas. If you are wanting to take the breakout session; just do it! It was worth it.” – Michelle C.

I couldn’t agree more! I cannot even tell you how excited I am to grab my camera and run out there! I’ve only finished part of the material and I’m BLOWN away! The awesome thing is I really feel it applies to more than JUST seniors…you can use it for anything!” – Teran S.

I wanted to focus my business on seniors this year and when I saw a breakout session with Michelle I was soooo excited!! I took it as a sign that I need to pursue this and focus on senior photos. The breakout session was so good. So informative!! I LOVED it and was very inspired by it! Thanks Michelle for sharing your amazing talent!! LOOOOOOOOOOOVE your work!” – [Sandrine H.]

4 Things To Do on a Snow Day

Having a “snow day” in Seattle is a rare and exquisite opportunity! Make the most of it. Here’s five things I’ll be doing today and things you can do TOO!! (Even if you are stranded in a few or more inches of snow!) You can still be productive AND relax all in a days work(play). Leave YOUR snow day ideas in the comment box! XOXO

1. Catch up on miscellaneous work (i.e. Photography Business tasks). Clean up inbox, prepare taxes, prep blog posts – and other random tasks you have been putting off that only require your computer, internet, and maybe a phone call or two.

2. Pin!! I LOVE my [pinterest] boards more than ANYTHING. Create a new board for a photo-shoot style sheet, or start pulling ideas for a party, event, etc. I’ll probably start putting together ideas for my engagement photos, or Wedding!!

3. Join us today, January 18th, to stop SOPA/PIPA! Click to [Make Your Voice Heard]. [Etsy] and [Kickstarter] wrote some great articles that explain it well.

4. PLAY IN THE SNOW!!! – DUH :)

Check back later this afternoon when we announce the WINNER(s) of the [Clickin Moms] contest [giveaway]!!

Diana - where’s number 5? lol!
Great ideas though if I did have a snow day!

Jibz Actions - Your photography is an insperation. I check back often tosee the art you create.
Thanks!

Hair & Makeup, [Jenny Bowker]

Check out our favorite [Gear]. This session shot with a Canon 1Ds MK II, [45mm TSE] + [85mm 1.2L]

Andrew Cahill - Gorgeous.

Julie Wray - Stunning!!

Keely Moore Senior - You did a great job with these. That, and that girl knows how to pose and model! I love how she looks so confident. I don’t know her, but it seems to me like you did a really great job capturing her personality. Personally, I think that’s what senior portraits should be about. Rather than a high-fashion photo shoot, they should be fun and full of personality.

Kim Kester - Beautiful girl! You are an amazing photographer!!!

Jenny - HOLY WOW. These are incredible!!! I wonder how tall she is, we should let her know she could model!
